Recently, the election commission postponed elections in Kerala for 3 Rajya Sabha seats to become vacant on 21st April because of upcoming assembly elections.

But Kerala High Court rules that the fact that it is up to the Commission to fix the schedule of election would not mean that the Commission can fix any date.
